Creatine Article And Information

Creatine is a composition that occurs in the human body naturally and is stored in the brain, muscles and sperm. It is also possible to take in supplement form. Its use is related with sports of fast reaction and force such as sprinting, kickboxing, powerlifting, martial arts, soccer, among others. There is a favourable opinion that creatine use is associated with an increase of performance in the order of 5-15%, promotes better recovery between consecutive training sessions and provokes gains in muscle mass and strength. [1,2].
